Kiai Chi Gong and Sound Healing
Kiai
Chi Gong is a simple system of self-healing exercises that combines
movement, body positions and stances, breathing and sound. The system was
developed by Professor Song T. Park, the Founder of Kiaido™ and Kiai Jitsu™
International and one of the modern leaders and innovators in both healing
and martial arts.
It is based on Oriental Medicine and Kiai Jitsu Theory. The exercises are
grouped to open all parts of our body while moving in the six directions.
In 8 Foundations all the primary vowels are used in order to activate and
harmonize all the energies and elements of our body while exhaling you sound
or whisper the vowel that corresponds to the direction of the movement. This
amplifies the energetic effect of the exercise and activates and releases
the corresponding energy in our body.
Even though direct and simple, this system has a profound effect on our
health and well-being. Suitable for any age and health condition.
